Download a copy of the Pre-requisite schedule for Fall 2010 Semester.

1. If you have not taken and passed a college level course, you will be required to pass a reading placement test before you are permitted to register for any pre-requisite courses.
2. If you want to sign up for the Math course, you are required to take a math placement exam. 
3. If you are interested in taking the English course, you will also need to pass a writing placement test.
   
   To sign up for one of these placement tests, please call our Schaumburg office at (847)397-0300.

• All applicants must complete an application for admission and pay the one-time fee of $25.
• A $25 registration fee is required every semester.
• A deposit of $200 is required at the time of registration for the Math, English, Psychology, and Computer courses.
• The C.N.A program requires a $300 deposit. 
• To make payments or to complete your registration process for the pre-requisite courses, please visit our Schaumburg location.
• Please note that your seat will not be reserved until all necessary deposits and paperwork have been completed.
