Webmail and My Americare Consolidation

Login information for Webmail and My Americare have been consolidated. This means that you will be using the same username and password for Webmail and My Americare. The convention is as follows:

Username:
     initials + student ID number
     example: ab7050000
Password:
     password (default - students can change password after initial login)

The ID number is 7 digits long, and starts with 705. CNA and LPN students can also find their student ID number on their ID badges. New stidents are sent this informatoin after enrolling for prereqs or applying for the LPN program.

Federal Student Financial Hands-on Workshop

Americare Institute will offer a free hands-on student financial aid workshop Saturday, March 6 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m at the Schaumburg campus.

All parents and students are welcome, including high school seniors and current students already enrolled in Americare's pre-requisite courses.

The Financial Aid workshop is designed to help students and parents file 2010-2011 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms and offer financial aid advice.

Those wishing to attend must bring a completed 2009 income tax return for both the student and parent, along with an assigned FAFSA PIN.
