Tuition and fees are itemized and calculated on an annual basis, and are subject to change each year. Americare Institute reserves the right to change the amount and applicability of tuition and fees as necessary. The updated rates will apply to all students. Written notice of planned fee changes will be posted in advance. Call the office for up-to-date information.

Full payment of all tuition and fees is to be made before the first day of classes, unless other arrangements have been made with the office. Payment of tuition and fees is an obligation of the student. Application of financial aid does not negate this responsibility.

Financial liabilities must be met in order to register for a subsequent course. Unusual circumstances or financial crises should be reported to the office immediately, so Americare Institute can assist the student in planning or determining possible alternatives
