Americare Institute will not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or handicap, veteran status, citizenship status, etc.

Americare Institute prohibits the possession, consumption, or distribution of illicit drugs or alcohol on its property. A student or staff member of America Institute found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, to the extent of dismissal from Americare Institute. If applicable, student eligibility for any federal and state financial aid will be terminated upon and drug conviction.

Americare Institute seeks to maintain a safe environment, free from aggression, violence, and harassment for its students and staff. To guarantee the wellbeing of its students and staff, Americare Institute prohibits the presence of any weapons on the property, as well as any acts of the aforementioned aggression, violence, or harassment. Violators are subject to disciplinary action delivered by Americare Institute officials or, depending on the severity of the case, the appropriate civil authorities.
